About the role

Challenger Technologies Limited is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its retail team across Singapore. You will be responsible for driving monthly sales and membership targets while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Supervise, motivate and communicate with store staff to achieve monthly sales targets.
Demonstrate product knowledge and advise customers on IT products.
Organise store operations, allocate responsibilities and manage daily housekeeping.
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
Sign‑up new members and meet ValueClub membership targets.
Arrange and display retail merchandise as instructed.

Required profile

Enthusiastic about IT products.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
Self‑motivated with a sense of urgency.
Comfortable working retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
