About the role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our retail product sales and high‑value salon services at Concept Hair Studio. The role combines revenue growth, team leadership and operational oversight in a vibrant salon environment. The manager will coordinate sales activities, ensure inventory accuracy and maintain a high standard of customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Drive retail product sales, promote premium salon services and set sales targets for the team.
- Recruit, train, mentor and schedule stylists and front‑desk staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Handle client inquiries, develop loyalty programmes and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor retail and back‑bar inventory, place vendor orders and conduct regular stock audits.
- Oversee POS transactions, manage daily cash flow and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
