Sales Operations Intern

About the role

EPOS Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to support the Sales team with day-to-day operational and administrative activities. The role offers exposure to sales operations, reporting, data management and process improvement in a fast-paced environment, with on-site work.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the Sales team's internal contact lists, databases and records so that information stays accurate and up to date.
• Help prepare regular sales reports, track data and produce basic performance analytics.
• Support the team in identifying and implementing process improvements to boost operational efficiency.
• Handle documentation, data entry, coordination and other daily sales operations tasks.
• Work closely with Sales team members to keep internal information and processes in order, and help with ad-hoc administrative and operational matters.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data and numbers, and able to handle several tasks at once in a fast-paced setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive, responsible attitude with a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Data handling and basic reporting.
