Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to drive new business and nurture client relationships for our postpartum care services. The role involves generating leads, consulting with prospects, and collaborating with marketing to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, providing information and guidance on our services.
• Conduct client consultations to understand needs and recommend appropriate postpartum care packages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement to meet targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to uncover growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities focused on exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
