Sales Supervisor – Retail & Marketing

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead the daily activities of the sales team, ensuring targets are met and customers receive excellent service. Working closely with store, general and production managers, you will act as a bridge between the organisation and its customers, adapting offerings to evolving market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise sales team activities, including product activations and marketing initiatives.
• Assist line manager in recruiting, training, and retaining a competent sales force.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, tools, and reports for senior management.
• Maintain client communication, onboard new customers, and handle customer feedback.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand visibility.
• Monitor and control marketing expenses within budget.
• Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events.
• Evaluate team performance and implement improvement plans.
• Identify market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
• Ensure proper product display across malls, supermarkets, and other sales points.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field with a focus on marketing.
• Proven experience in sales or marketing with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Leadership ability to motivate and retain a high‑performing sales team.
• Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
