Salon Supervisor

About the role

LAVENDER BEAUTY SALON is seeking a proactive Salon Supervisor to lead our island‑wide team of beauty professionals. This middle‑management position will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold service standards, and drive employee performance in a fast‑paced salon environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to staff.
• Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities, preparing schedules and managing shift coverage.
• Oversee and coach employees, providing feedback and development opportunities.
• Identify efficiency issues, propose and implement improvements.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, with extended periods of standing.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and capable of problem‑solving.
