Scaffolding Technician – Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Scaffolding Technician to join our construction team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for erecting, inspecting and dismantling scaffolding systems safely and efficiently, supporting various height‑related construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Erect scaffolding structures in accordance with approved designs and manufacturer guidelines.
• Inspect work areas to determine the appropriate type of scaffold required.
• Ensure proper use of fall protection devices during all scaffold work.
• Remove scaffolding upon project completion and maintain site safety standards.
• Adhere to all site specifications, safety policies and quality requirements.
• Maintain and be responsible for tools and equipment issued by the company.
• Report progress and any issues to the supervisor or site manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in scaffold erection.
• Valid Work at Height certification.
• Certified Metal Scaffold Erector preferred.
• Secondary education level or equivalent.
