About the role

Stamford American International School is seeking a qualified School Nurse to join its Health & Safety team. The role provides health and first‑aid services to a diverse student body in a dynamic, international educational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver health and first‑aid services, maintaining best‑practice standards.
• Restock and maintain first‑aid kits for on‑site and off‑site needs.
• Assess, treat, and record illnesses and accidents; refer to external medical services when required.
• Provide first‑line counselling and identify students at risk, referring them to appropriate parties.
• Securely administer medications and support students with special health needs.
• Act as a health resource for staff, students, and parents, promoting healthy lifestyles and health education.
• Notify teachers of student sick‑leave needs and assist with student accountability.
• Maintain detailed health records, monitor incidents, and report hazards.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Experience as a registered nurse in a school setting is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality, timely nursing care to all campus members.
