Senior Account Specialist - Medical Surgical

Solventum, formerly 3M Health Care, is hiring a Senior Account Specialist for its Medical Surgical Business in Singapore. This mid-level sales role focuses on delivering commercial results across assigned accounts, driving product adoption and building strong customer partnerships. It suits a proactive, solutions-oriented person who can identify opportunities and apply practical, creative thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver assigned sales targets and operating plan commitments for the fiscal year through disciplined account planning and execution.
• Drive growth in designated accounts with sales strategies aligned to business priorities and marketing initiatives.
• Build customer relationships, expand adoption and improve account penetration, and accelerate conversion of key opportunities.
• Provide clinical and product education, including product application training, and support customers across different needs and settings.
• Partner with Key Accounts, Marketing and cross-functional teams on strategic opportunities.
• Support customer evaluations, product trials and implementation activities.
• Represent the business at customer meetings, workshops and industry events where required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Relevant sales or healthcare experience, preferably in medical devices or a related clinical setting.
• Prior wound care experience is advantageous but not essential; wound care or other clinical certifications are an added advantage.
• Work location: Singapore, hybrid; travel may include up to 10% domestic and/or international.
• Relocation assistance is not authorized.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Singapore without a sponsorship visa.
