Senior Accountant – Gaming Industry

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong passion for the gaming industry. The role will oversee financial operations for Singapore and overseas entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with group standards.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain accounting standards for local and overseas entities in line with regulatory requirements.
• Manage full‑cycle accounting, including general ledger preparation, consolidation reporting, and statutory filings.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for both local and group needs.
• Assist in integrating company accounts into the headquarters’ accounting framework and collaborate with IT to develop tailored financial systems.
• Continuously optimise financial processes to improve efficiency.
• Oversee tax declarations and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Provide data‑driven financial support to project teams and contribute to strategic planning.
• Handle ad‑hoc assignments as directed by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including work in a professional firm and in‑house finance.
• Experience in the gaming or technology sector is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for effective communication with Chinese‑speaking stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and committed to professional growth.
• Familiarity with local and international financial reporting standards and tax compliance.
