Senior Assistant Manager (Marketing, Recruitment & Admissions)

About the role

Nanyang Business School, part of Nanyang Technological University, is looking for a Senior Assistant Manager to support student outreach, recruitment and admissions for its graduate programmes. The role reports to the Assistant Director of Graduate Studies and aims to bring in the best students to join the school's graduate programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly website and blog updates for the Graduate Studies Office
• Work with agencies on marketing outreach and campaigns
• Handle lead generation and nurturing activities with participants
• Represent the programme at events such as fairs, information sessions, webinars and coffee chats, locally and overseas
• Advise prospects on programme suitability through consultation
• Administer programme admissions processes and provide a high level of service to applicants

Required profile

• Degree in any field; Business or Marketing preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Process-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
• Strong marketing, communication and presentation skills

Required skills

• Digital literacy in Microsoft Office and general cloud software
• Advantageous: domain experience in education or graduate studies
• Advantageous: experience in B2B, B2C and marketing to Asian countries
• Advantageous: visual design, copywriting, web, CMS and data visualization skills
• Advantageous: familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation and data-driven project management
• Advantageous: healthcare industry experience
