Senior Associate, Client Events and Digital Experience

About the role

This Senior Associate role sits within the client events and digital experience specialist team, part of the wider marketing and communications function. You will plan, organise and execute physical, hybrid and virtual events such as conferences, webinars, seminars and trade shows involving government and industry leaders, while managing budgets, vendor contracts and event-led marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders so that event objectives align with business goals.
• Manage event budgets and negotiate vendor contracts under the supervision of the Events lead.
• Coordinate event setup, including venue selection, catering and AV support.
• Plan, develop and run event-led marketing and client engagement campaigns and marcom activities aimed at registrations, post-event visibility and stakeholder relationship building.
• Create integrated communications materials (social posts, videos, photos) across channels and audiences, from concept to post-event follow-up.
• Use CRM, marketing automation and event technology platforms to track performance and report on campaigns, attendance and client feedback.

Required profile

• Degree in business administration, marketing or communications.
• At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with strong exposure to event planning, event-led marketing, client engagement campaigns and stakeholder management, preferably in professional services.
• Excellent written and spoken English, able to craft clear, audience-relevant communications.

Required skills

• Project and event management, coordinating multiple workstreams across planning, execution, reporting and campaign delivery.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation and event technology platforms such as Cvent, GlobalMeet, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce or Marketing Cloud.
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management, and comfort working under pressure and independently.
