Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defence company, is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in Singapore. The role sits within a manufacturing/MRO environment and focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights, dashboards and reports that support decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and interpret large, complex datasets to give actionable insights and identify trends, patterns and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations, and define KPIs and metrics with stakeholders.
• Work with engineering, operations, supply chain and finance teams to turn business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Define data structures, compile data from multiple databases and set up master data, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities, supporting digital transformation and workflow optimisation.
• Create clear Power BI dashboards and run ad hoc analyses to support forecasting, strategic planning and performance measurement.
• Use predictive and statistical modelling to anticipate future outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years in a manufacturing/MRO environment; aviation industry experience preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role focused on data analytics for continuous improvement.
• High level of autonomy and curiosity to spot improvement opportunities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Programming experience (Python, VBA, SQL).
• Business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI or QlikView.
• Database management systems knowledge is an asset; SAP knowledge is an asset.
