Senior Business Manager, LaserJet Alliance

About the role

This role oversees the implementation of strategic initiatives and business models with a strategic alliance partner that drive success in the LaserJet business. It also explores and assesses new business opportunities and expansion strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives, and oversees a team of senior individual contributors working on organizational strategy and business plan execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high-impact, time-sensitive efforts to define new business opportunities such as optimizing business models, growth initiatives and cost reduction strategies with the alliance partner.
• Manage complex strategic, organizational and operational initiatives, including business development, operations and large-scale transformation.
• Lead a team of senior individual contributors executing segment and functional business models.
• Partner with executives on strategic initiatives, risk management and implementation tactics.
• Oversee analysis efforts and develop tools and processes to evaluate strategic objectives and financial returns.
• Influence and coach internal partners through analysis and recommendations that build the business case for new initiatives.
• Direct global, virtual and cross-functional teams and communications, and provide thought leadership and leadership, setting individual and team goals.
• Handle talent management, including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development.

Required profile

• Recommended four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related discipline, or commensurate experience.
• Typically 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in strategic management, strategic planning and implementation, consulting, market research or a related field.
• Preferred certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP).

What we offer

• Pay range of $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually, with possible bonus and/or equity for US candidates only.
