Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to shape and execute international HR strategies that drive staffing, compensation, and performance excellence across multiple regions. The role focuses on optimizing HR processes, delivering high‑impact projects, and supporting business growth in Singapore and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of headquarter HR policies and processes.
• Analyze HR metrics to monitor workforce trends and inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive Compensation & Benefits strategies to attract and retain talent.
• Design and manage international HR functions including staffing, policy deployment, process optimization, and performance management.
• Supervise daily HR operations and guide the HR administrative team to enhance efficiency.
• Draft clear HR policies and proposals aligned with organizational needs.
• Manage major HR projects that deliver significant business impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with a proven track record in senior roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, HRIS, performance management, compensation & benefits, project management, recruitment, training & development, and HR policy formulation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Knowledge of Singapore and Southeast Asia labour regulations.
