Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Allied Health & Pharmacy Operations

About the role

The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager will drive operational excellence and transformation across Allied Health and Pharmacy services at National University Hospital. You will partner with pharmacy leaders to improve workflow efficiency, patient experience, and overall service delivery while supporting digital and system integration initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Pharmacy Section leads to monitor and improve day‑to‑day operational performance, turnaround times and patient experience using data‑driven interventions.
• Support digital, process and service improvement projects that enable new care delivery models and increase efficiency.
• Assist in financial planning, cost optimisation and evaluation of initiatives to ensure efficient resource use across pharmacy operations.
• Manage vendor performance and logistics workflows to maintain reliable service delivery, compliance and inventory management.
• Coordinate renovation, infrastructure upgrades and system implementation projects, minimizing disruption to operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives and analytics reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare operations, process improvement or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret operational data.
• Experience managing projects, budgets and vendor relationships.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to enhancing patient experience and service quality.
