Senior Executive / Executive - Experiential Learning (1 Year Contract)

About the role

Singapore University of Social Sciences is looking for a Senior Executive / Executive on a 1-year contract to support its Experiential Learning department. The successful candidate works with the Manager and Course Chair to provide efficient and effective administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Course Chair and supervisor in managing and administering academic courses, including course setup and registration.
• Support examination, assessment and evaluation matters, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Help appoint and deploy course instructors and provide academic and administrative services to students.
• Support the Assistant/Deputy Dean in developing new post-graduate and CET courses.
• Handle general administrative duties such as data collation, report preparation and information updates for stakeholders.
• Support departmental operations, events and university-wide initiatives, and undertake other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong coordination, administrative and organisational skills, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills, good teamwork and interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity.
