Senior Executive, Learning & Development

About the role

Senoko Energy is seeking a proactive Senior Executive to lead its Learning & Development function. The role will shape the company’s learning agenda, drive employee engagement and support corporate service initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analysis and design/implement training programmes.
• Partner with training providers and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful learning solutions.
• Monitor training budgets, maintain accurate records and analyse learning outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, shareholder, ISO and Workplace Safety & Health training requirements.
• Maintain training documentation and support internal and external audits.
• Develop learning frameworks, competency‑building initiatives and modern learning methodologies.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements, including e‑learning adoption.
• Coordinate employee wellness, engagement initiatives and organise company‑wide events.
• Support administration of corporate service contracts and drive process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources or related field, or Diploma with substantial relevant experience.
• Experience in learning and development, training administration or talent development.
• Strong project management, organisational and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self‑driven with excellent communication skills and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
