Senior Executive, Marketing & Communications

About the role

NTUC is seeking a Senior Executive to lead Marketing & Communications for its employment and employability sub‑department. You will shape strategic communications, manage digital content, and enhance the public profile of Singapore’s 28 National Career Centres.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications plans aligned with organisational priorities.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, speeches, talking points and briefing notes.
• Coordinate media interviews, site visits and publicity efforts; maintain media contact lists and tracking reports.
• Monitor media coverage, prepare analysis reports and support crisis response with holding statements.
• Manage the corporate website using CMS platforms, ensuring accurate, timely and SEO‑optimised content.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to update landing pages, campaign microsites and maintain a digital content calendar.
• Analyse website analytics and provide performance insights.
• Partner with Brand and Marketing teams to amplify campaigns through earned media and digital storytelling.

Required profile

• Strong writing ability and experience in media relations.
• Hands‑on proficiency with website CMS management and content governance.
• Ability to translate programme statistics, research findings and case studies into media‑ready content.
• Experience working with PR agencies and coordinating multi‑stakeholder communications.
