Senior Executive, Outreach (Industry Partnerships)

About the role

The School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (MAE) at NTU is looking for a Senior Executive, Outreach (Industry Partnerships). The role strengthens industry engagement, creates employment and internship opportunities for MAE graduate students and improves their employability through outreach initiatives and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Outreach and stakeholder engagement: identify target industries, associations and potential partners, and engage them to secure student employment and internship opportunities.
• Event planning and coordination: plan seminars and industry visits end to end (agenda, speakers, venues, logistics), coordinate with speakers, venues, vendors and internal teams, and support other events such as workshops and seminars.
• Marketing and communications support: collaborate with Marketing to promote events via email campaigns, social media and industry networks, maintain contact records, and track attendance and engagement metrics.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in partnerships or business development; experience with industry seminars or corporate visits is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, persuasive and professional presentation skills, and project management across multiple events.
• Strong networking, budgeting, vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
• Comfortable travelling for on-site visits and events as required.
