Senior HR Executive – South Asia RHQ

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to lead the South Asia Regional Headquarters of Ocean Network Express (ONE). In this strategic position you will shape compensation, performance, and talent initiatives while ensuring compliance with global HR standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and align compensation strategies and budgeting using industry benchmarks and ONE’s total rewards philosophy.
• Coordinate the performance management cycle and ensure adherence to HR policies.
• Prepare and maintain regional headcount and workforce reports.
• Support employee engagement surveys and follow‑up action plans.
• Assist in talent management, succession planning, and international assignment administration.
• Promote learning and development programs, including ONE Academy initiatives.
• Support the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to deliver a seamless employee experience.
• Maintain accurate HR records and collaborate with country HR teams on regional programs.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with discretion, structure, and a proactive mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
