Senior Manager / Assistant Director, Behavioural & Implementation Science (1-Year Contract)

About the role

The Health Promotion Board (HPB) is seeking a highly motivated behavioural scientist to lead the development of implementation science capabilities in public health. As a core member of HPB's implementation science team, you will help turn evidence-based health interventions into real-world impact at population scale, contributing directly to national health priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Build organisation-wide capabilities to embed behavioural and implementation science approaches in projects
• Work with cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to apply these approaches in the design, implementation and evaluation of strategic health promotion interventions
• Establish strategic partnerships with leading behavioural and implementation science institutions and international networks

Required profile

• Degree in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Health Sciences, Social Sciences or related fields
• Postgraduate degree or certification in behavioural science strongly preferred
• Minimum 8 years of project management and implementation experience
• Demonstrated experience applying behavioural science, doing implementation research or translating evidence in real-world settings
• Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with cross-functional teams

Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract.
