Senior Manager, Cluster Management & Partnerships (West)

About the role

The Health Promotion Board (HPB) is seeking a senior leader to drive its Integrated Outreach West initiatives. You will shape health promotion strategies for communities and workplaces, fostering partnerships that reduce disease burden across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute regional health promotion programmes aligned with community and workplace needs.
• Identify regional trends and labour patterns to inform sustainable health solutions.
• Forge and nurture partnerships with corporate, community and governmental stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to co‑develop, implement, monitor and evaluate health initiatives.
• Provide data‑informed insights to improve programme efficiency and impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, and partnership management.
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work with diverse corporate and community partners.
• Proven ability to operate in fast‑paced, matrixed environments and handle ambiguous situations.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
