Senior Manager, Facilities Management – Operational Excellence

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) within our Operational Excellence team in Singapore. The role will drive governance, compliance, performance improvement and capability development across the facilities function.

Key responsibilities

• Governance & Compliance: Oversee audit management in line with Group Internal Audit standards, resolve audit findings, and maintain industry accreditations and supply workheads.
• Operational Excellence: Conduct project health checks, analyse performance data, and lead best‑practice sessions to embed continuous improvement.
• Learning & Development: Design and execute the organisational training framework, ensuring programmes are delivered on schedule and meet professional standards.
• Business Development & Support: Act as the account holder for the IOC portfolio, support BD initiatives, provide tender strategy input and manage central records and documents.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in facilities management or integrated facilities services.
• Strong background in audit compliance, accreditation maintenance and governance processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead training programmes and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
• Experience in account management, tender support and information/document control.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
