Senior Manager, Growth Strategy – Quick Commerce

About the role

As a Senior Manager, Growth Strategy for Quick Commerce, you will own the economic engine behind user growth across multiple markets, focusing on MAU penetration and trial activation while safeguarding cost integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Own QC growth performance across markets, accountable for QC MAU % and QC Trials.
• Monitor weekly economic performance, identify cost or incentive inefficiencies, and define incentive standards.
• Partner with local growth, pricing, commercial, and subscription teams on incentive strategy and execution.
• Establish “golden rules” for incentives in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives with a strong focus on unit economics.
• Produce clear, decision‑ready performance reporting and economic narratives for senior leadership.
• Run deep‑dive analyses on major growth or cost deviations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, growth, or tech‑enabled businesses.
• Strong analytical foundation, comfortable working on P&L, ROI, and economic trade‑offs.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Bias toward action, ROI‑first mindset, and high ownership in ambiguous environments.
• Clear, structured communicator with strong business judgment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• SQL (plus).
