Senior Manager, HR Business Partner

About the role

Sephora SEA is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor for regional functional teams across Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and more. You will translate business strategy into people plans, drive organizational effectiveness, and support high‑performing teams throughout Southeast Asia‑Oceania.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional leaders to understand priorities, diagnose people implications, and design HR strategies that enable commercial goals.
• Lead workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, and succession initiatives across the SEAO region.
• Oversee HR cycles such as performance, compensation, talent reviews, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with budget and business objectives.
• Coach managers on leadership effectiveness and drive change management initiatives.
• Manage an HR Manager responsible for the Indonesia Shared Service Center supporting SEAO, Middle East, and selected European markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role within a multi‑country, fast‑growing organization.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to identifying trends and recommending improvements.
