Senior Manager – Indirect Procurement (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Indirect Sourcing Category Manager to lead strategic procurement initiatives across indirect spend categories in Singapore. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening supply resilience, managing risk, and delivering cost‑optimized solutions that align with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies that drive value, cost optimisation, and business continuity.
• Build supply‑resilience frameworks, including supplier risk assessments, contingency planning, and mitigation strategies.
• Establish and enhance procurement governance, policies, and risk‑management practices.
• Partner closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with organisational priorities.
• Lead supplier performance management, contract negotiations, and relationship development with strategic partners.
• Monitor market trends, supply risks, and regulatory developments to proactively address potential disruptions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management, with a strong focus on indirect spend.
• Proven expertise in supplier risk management and building supply‑resilience frameworks.
• Demonstrated stakeholder‑management and influencing skills across regional or global organisations.
• Experience developing procurement policies, governance frameworks, and business‑continuity plans.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and commercial acumen.
