Senior Managing Consultant – Advisors Program Management Commercialization

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to lead the commercialization of its Advisors Program Management (APM) services in Singapore. The role combines client‑facing program management with strategic consulting to help key accounts scale and deliver best‑in‑class solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new products and market strategies that enable smooth and efficient roll‑out.
• Manage a portfolio of projects that support strategic change initiatives with significant organizational impact.
• Commercialize the Program Management business, working with key accounts to grow and scale the offering.
• Build and expand APM capabilities across the market to deliver Mastercard and client solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to bring APM best practices to market.
• Lead and inspire large, diverse teams—including direct reports, stakeholders and contractors—to achieve outstanding project outcomes.

Required profile

• Commercially minded and data‑driven with the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast‑moving environments.
• Proven experience scaling a business through partnerships with key accounts.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and influence cross‑functional teams.
