Senior Marketing Executive – Branding & Digital

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to lead branding and digital initiatives across Singapore. You will own high‑visibility events, craft compelling video content, and drive performance‑marketing campaigns that generate measurable leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute corporate events, webinars, and roadshows, handling budgets, vendor logistics and venue coordination.
• Develop and implement brand marketing strategies, including post‑event follow‑up and lead‑generation tracking.
• Conceptualise, direct and film premium video assets for social media, corporate presentations and other digital platforms.
• Design, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn to maximise ROI/ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and targeting parameters while collaborating with internal and external partners.
• Liaise with external agencies for video editing and production support.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Media, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing and performance‑marketing.
• Proven track record in lead generation and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and a polished corporate demeanor.
• Willingness to work weekends for physical events, with appropriate off‑days provided.
