Senior Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist to lead growth across organic and paid channels. The role will focus on Search & AI Engine Optimisation while supporting SEM, social and display campaigns to boost traffic, conversions and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Implement on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and AI citations.
• Conduct keyword research, optimise content and monitor site performance.
• Collaborate with content, web and IT teams to embed SEO best practices.
• Develop synergy between SEO and SEM to meet commercial objectives and expand into non‑English markets.
• Manage SEO vendors and create reporting dashboards.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across SEM and other performance channels, handling budgets, bidding and audience targeting.
• Analyse performance data, run A/B tests and optimise creatives and landing pages.
• Maintain regular performance reporting and enhance data visualisation dashboards.
• Partner with agencies, media partners and internal teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and customer journeys.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of hands‑on experience in SEO and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent project, stakeholder and communication skills.

Required skills

• Technical, content and on‑page SEO expertise.
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console and SEO platforms such as BrightEdge.
• Experience with paid media tools including Google Ads, Search Ads 360 and DV360.
• Knowledge of ad‑platform metrics, tagging standards, UTMs and CRM analytics.
