Senior Product Policy Manager – Southeast & South Asia

About the role

Roblox is seeking a Senior Product Policy Manager to lead regional compliance and policy contextualisation for Southeast Asia and South Asia. You will work across multiple functions to align Roblox’s products with local regulations, ensuring safe and civil experiences for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Legal and Public Policy teams to convey Roblox’s safety vision and standards to regional regulators.
• Adapt global policies for SEA/SA markets and partner with Moderation Operations to enforce them effectively.
• Analyse industry trends and regulatory developments to anticipate and mitigate risks.
• Guide product and operations teams in building enforcement systems and safety tools that meet policy and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with the Global Age Ratings manager to secure compliant game ratings across regions.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in online Trust & Safety or Product Policy.
• Proven background in developing content policies for global platforms with a regional focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex issues and propose clear policy solutions.
• Strong product and technical understanding for creative problem‑solving.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and executives.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) preferred.
• Experience with the Indonesia Game Rating System (IGRS) or similar age‑rating authorities.
