Senior Quantity Surveyor – Main Contract Experience

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead contract administration and cost management for construction projects across Singapore. The role involves overseeing progress, variation and extension of time claims while ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee submission of main contract progress, variation and EOT claims.
• Lead preparation and negotiation of subcontract agreements and final accounts.
• Resolve contractual disputes with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage cost estimation, budgeting and cost control throughout project lifecycles.
• Prepare detailed cost comparisons, procurement recommendations and financial reports for senior management.
• Monitor project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Prepare and present cost forecasts and cash‑flow projections.

Required profile

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
