Senior Solution Engineer – Malaysia

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a senior presales professional to join the team as an Account Solution Engineer covering the Malaysia territory. You will showcase Salesforce’s AI‑driven CRM capabilities and help enterprise customers accelerate their digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops with enterprise organisations to understand challenges and define technology solutions across multiple Salesforce product lines.
• Deliver customised product demonstrations, rapid prototypes and strategic pitches that illustrate the business value of Salesforce solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through decision‑making, governance and innovation management to drive long‑term value.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Professional Services and internal teams to align on multi‑product solutions and drive consensus.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or a related technical discipline.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English, with the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders.
• Proven experience partnering with organisations to achieve tangible business outcomes through technology solutions.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia and the broader region as required.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform knowledge and certifications (preferred).
• Experience with HTML and other web‑based technologies.
• Understanding of relational databases and web technology stacks.
• Solid presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication abilities.
