Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – 1 Year Contract (Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment for a US multinational manufacturing plant located in Woodlands, Singapore. This is a 1‑year fixed‑term contract with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position, offering a competitive salary package.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR and plant management to assess workforce needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Use hiring data and workforce trends to forecast demand, identify talent gaps, and support proactive planning.
• Manage relationships with staffing agencies and external partners to expand hiring capacity.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, career fairs, and community networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for entry‑level, skilled technical, and professional roles.
• Develop partnerships with technical schools, trade associations, and local job centres.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage pre‑employment activities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role specifications and recruitment priorities.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, market feedback, and candidate pipelines.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and networking events to attract talent.
• Support employer branding and onboarding activities.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and cost‑per‑hire.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of high‑volume recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
