About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Temus, you will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technology roles across all levels. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and design strategies that attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Adapt quickly to changing headcount demands while aligning hiring with business objectives.
• Understand Temus’s strategic vision and ensure each hire contributes to its success.
• Drive strategic hiring initiatives and introduce best‑practice recruitment methods.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Develop creative outreach tactics to attract remarkable talent.
• Maintain accurate data in the Greenhouse ATS and related people systems.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of technology recruiting experience.
• Strong strategic problem‑solving ability and resourcefulness.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
• Clear communication skills for feedback and mentorship.
