Senior/Principal Consultant – Human Capability

About the role

The RBL Group is seeking a Senior or Principal Consultant to design and deliver consulting engagements across Leadership, Talent, Organisation and HR. Based in Singapore with regional travel across Asia, you will facilitate executive learning experiences in both English and Mandarin and turn insights into actionable solutions for senior clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from diagnosis through solution design and delivery across the full consulting agenda.
• Facilitate leadership programmes and executive workshops for mid‑ to senior‑level leaders in English and Mandarin.
• Design high‑quality deliverables, presentations and leadership development experiences.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Support business development activities, including proposals, thought leadership and new opportunity generation.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in leadership, talent, organisation or HR consulting, or an in‑house HR/OD role with consulting exposure.
• Proven, high‑calibre facilitation skills with the ability to command senior stakeholder rooms.
• Demonstrated business development capability and interest in growing client relationships.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Regional experience across Asia with strong cross‑cultural fluency.
• A relevant degree or equivalent depth of experience.
