About the role
Milestone Technologies is looking for a Service Desk Technician L2 to join a fast‑moving, collaborative environment. You will provide first‑line support for both PC and Mac users, handling requests through chat, ticketing systems, and phone.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance for hardware, software, and operating system issues on PC and Mac platforms.
- Troubleshoot client‑side network connectivity, including digital authentication, remote access, secure Wi‑Fi and wired connections.
- Manage and resolve user requests via ticketing tools, remote support sessions, and live chat.
- Document incidents and solutions clearly to build knowledge base content.
- Escalate complex problems to higher‑level teams when necessary.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and driven professional with a passion for technology.
- Strong communication skills and ability to hold a conversation while solving technical issues.
- Customer‑focused mindset, willing to go above and beyond to help users.
- Experience supporting primarily PC environments and comfortable working with Mac devices.
