Service Engineer (Food Processing)

About the role

We are seeking a Service Engineer to install, commission, test and maintain food processing and packaging equipment for our customers on Jurong Island and surrounding sites. The role involves on‑site technical assistance, after‑sales support and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning and testing of food processing and packaging equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical components.
• Support equipment upgrades, retrofits and modifications as required.
• Provide on‑site technical assistance and after‑sales support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and propose appropriate repair solutions.
• Document service activities, including reports, checklists and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for spare parts and technical information.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene and operational protocols at customer sites.

Required profile

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related engineering fields.
• 1 to 3 years of hands‑on experience servicing industrial, food processing or packaging equipment (fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude may be considered).
• Willingness to travel for site visits, installations and servicing work.
• Valid Class 3 Singapore driving licence.
