Service Parts Coordinator – Inventory & Distribution (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Service Parts Coordinator to support our inventory and distribution operations on a contract basis. You will ensure parts availability and smooth service delivery for technicians and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory transactions such as goods receipt, stock transfer, rental, picking and stock adjustments.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor slow‑moving, obsolete, and excess inventory and propose corrective actions to the Parts Manager.
• Ensure timely distribution of parts to service technicians, dealers and customers.
• Collaborate with service teams to guarantee parts availability for repair and maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory and distribution records in the NERP/WMS system.
• Monitor and follow up on urgent and back‑ordered parts requirements.
• Support counter‑parts sales during lunch break hours.

Required profile

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse or parts operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• NERP/WMS system proficiency
