Site Lead - Facilities Management

About the role

JLL is hiring a Site Lead for its Singapore site, based at Guoco MidTown. The role is the primary on-site operational leader, managing a team covering Front of House and FM Operations, and acting as the main interface with client stakeholders. It covers end-to-end facilities management, event planning and management, workplace projects, vendor coordination and team supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily M&E operations, cleaning, and facilities inspections (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety); manage work orders and perform light technical adjustments
• Maintain accurate FM asset inventories and oversee storage, disposal and retrieval of assets
• Support workplace projects such as office moves, renovations and minor A&A works, and keep occupancy and workstation allocation data up to date
• Coordinate moves, adds and changes (MAC) with minimal disruption to operations
• Work with the Events team on staff events, business meetings, VIP visits and internal meetings, including meeting room setup and equipment readiness
• Supervise the workplace team and on-site vendors, plan training, manage work schedules and maintain vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implement workplace policies and run regular HSE refresher training
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, prepare monthly finance and operations reports, liaise with landlords and local authorities, and support client-driven and value-added initiatives

Required profile

• Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering or a related field with 10-15 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
• Experience managing and supervising frontline teams and vendor partners
• Availability for flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings
