Site Lead - GMP Facilities & Utilities

About the role

JLL is seeking an experienced Site Lead to direct facility and utility operations supporting manufacturing, laboratory or general business activities. The role requires a strong technical background in GMP/GxP environments and proven people management experience. It is a full-time position reporting to the Account Manager with 10-12 direct reports, based on-site in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily facility and utility operations, develop maintenance strategies and plans, and run field manuals, SOPs and compliance documentation
• Lead safety, EHS leadership, accident investigations, risk assessments and EHS training
• Support GMP incident investigations, CAPA, audits, change controls, deviations and validation protocols
• Manage spare parts inventory for GMP compliance and coordinate with vendors and procurement
• Hire, train and manage a team of 10-12 people, including training matrices and performance management
• Negotiate budgets, review vendor invoices and execute internal approval workflows

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or a relevant discipline
• 10+ years in engineering operations and facilities/process equipment maintenance
• 5+ years in facilities/equipment maintenance in a GxP environment
• 5+ years of team management experience
• Strong understanding of local site facilities regulations and GxP quality system requirements

Required skills

• Detailed knowledge of GMP utilities (CU, HVAC, EMS) and PM, PdM, CM, EM
• GxP quality system: deviation, change control, CAPA, risk management, documentation
• Client and vendor management, KPI management, coaching and troubleshooting
• Preferred: GMP/GEP, capital projects, FDA/cFAD audits, FMEA/RCA, CMMS/SAP, automation systems (BMS, EMS, SCADA)
