Sourcing Specialist

About the role

Gevernova is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing Specialist to manage sourcing strategies, vendor negotiations and procurement activities. The role secures high-quality materials and services at competitive prices, optimizes supplier performance and supports supply chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and vendor management: identify, evaluate and onboard new suppliers, build strong vendor relationships, and conduct supplier performance evaluations and risk assessments.
• Procurement operations: manage end-to-end procurement from request for quotation (RFQ) to purchase order issuance, define needs and timelines with internal stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery while resolving supply or quality issues.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, lead times and payment terms to achieve cost savings and minimize risk.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, keep accurate records, generate procurement reports, support audits and drive continuous improvement and process standardization.

Required profile

• Diploma in supply chain management, business administration, supply chain or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain management.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems such as SAP.
• Excellent communication, organizational, follow-up and analytical skills.
