Sport Leader - Central Cluster

About the role

Decathlon Singapore is hiring a full-time Sport Leader for its Central Cluster, which covers the Chinatown Point, Serangoon Gardens, Novena, Suntec and Tiong Bahru stores. The role centres on welcoming customers, offering sports ranges and services across all channels, and building loyalty through personal, close interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sports performance offerings and service solutions tailored to customers' needs, available across physical and digital channels
• Ensure a seamless omnichannel experience through the Decathlon app
• Offer workshop services to personalise products or extend their lifespan
• Create experiential, safe store layouts that help customers discover the sports and solutions offered
• Maintain product availability in-store and online, including stock management and orders
• Ensure safety and security for staff and customers, covering store safety, product security and data protection

• Starting package from SGD 2,300, rising to SGD 2,900 and beyond, with monthly bonuses of up to 10% of base salary
