Sr. Manager Integrated Marketing - Global CBT

About the role

PayPal is looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior Manager, Marketing CBT (Field, Partner & Paid Media) to lead integrated marketing across its International Growth Markets (Asia, MEA and LATAM). The role drives growth through field marketing, partner marketing, paid media, social media and go-to-market execution, turning global priorities into regional strategies. It works closely with Product, Commercial, Sales, CRM, Analytics and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex marketing projects, solve marketing problems and implement global process improvements
• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for cross-border products, markets and customer segments, with clear positioning, messaging and campaign briefs
• Define success metrics, monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisations
• Support marketing budget planning, agency management and scalable ways of working
• Partner marketing: lead channel and partner strategy across Asia, MEA and LATAM, build partner programs and playbooks, and run co-marketing and activation models
• Paid media: own regional paid media strategy, investment planning and performance management, and drive budget optimisation
• Field and social marketing: run field initiatives and regional social media strategies that are locally relevant
• Monitor performance indicators such as conversion, payment success, acquisition efficiency and commercial contribution
• Act as a trusted advisor to regional leaders and influence stakeholders across functions and geographies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, partner marketing, performance marketing, field marketing or related fields
• Proven track record of multi-market marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results
• Strong expertise across paid media, partner marketing, field marketing and social media
