Staff Product Engineer - Semiconductor Testing

About the role

Marvell is looking for a highly motivated Staff Product Engineer to join a dynamic product engineering team working on advanced Server and Network Processor technologies. The engineer works closely with Test, hardware, design and firmware teams to design, develop and debug products and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Debug and characterize the performance of new digital/analog circuit products.
• Analyze volume data, test lab experiments and production floor data to solve yield and test problems.
• Lead optimization of production test screen spec definitions to meet yield, quality, test time and DPPM targets.
• Support RMA testing, customer-facing and QnR teams during escalations, and help identify coverage gaps.
• Define yield and manufacturing specs for Wafer Sort, Final Test and SLT test insertions.
• Lead test flow optimization, test time reduction and insertion removals.
• Work with design and DFT/DFM groups to define and improve yield and test methodology.
• Take a key role in new product qualification before volume production and in new package/fab qualification.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of semiconductor product engineering experience.
• Experience on the test floor.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills, with a sense of urgency and accountability.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Final Test and ATE testing (a critical skill).
• Test methodology, silicon process, DFT/DFM and high-speed digital testing.
• Agilent 83K or 93K tester experience.
• Product development and mixed signal testing is a strong plus.
