Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Store Manager to run the daily operations of our gaming centre outlet in Singapore. You will lead a small team, drive sales, and ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee opening, closing and floor operations to guarantee smooth outlet functioning.
• Lead, roster and train staff, maintaining high performance and service standards.
• Drive sales and booking performance to meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Manage cash handling, perform daily sales reconciliation and monitor stock levels.
• Address customer feedback and complaints professionally to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain equipment functionality, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Report sales, attendance and incidents promptly and accurately to management.

Required profile

• 1–2 years supervisory experience in retail, F&B or entertainment.
• Ability to lead a small team and work weekends, public holidays and shifts.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
• Responsible and trustworthy in cash handling with a service‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS and booking systems.
