Storeman

About the role

The Storeman will independently operate and maintain production equipment following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards. Working on the shop floor, you will help drive safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets for a leading global snacking company.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned machines and systems using AM and progressive maintenance (PM) procedures.
• Execute all standard work processes on equipment while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Identify, report and help resolve equipment losses and performance issues.
• Collaborate with coaching and support teams to continuously improve line and system performance.

Required profile

• Motivated to develop a career in manufacturing operations.
• Experience operating machines with coaching support.
• Understanding of safety and quality standards for equipment operation.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in the site language.
• Comfortable working in a diverse, team‑oriented environment.
