Strategy and Operations Lead – Business Operations

About the role

Google Customer Solutions (GCS) is seeking a Strategy and Operations Lead for its Business Operations team in APAC. You will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving data‑backed insights and operational excellence across regional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, program management, and execution for core APAC initiatives.
• Conduct deep analyses to solve high‑priority business challenges and present findings to executive stakeholders.
• Partner with sales leadership to define priorities, align cross‑functional teams, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from high‑level design to granular execution.
• Coordinate across regional and global teams to ensure unified business outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory.
• Preferred MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Proven ability to influence executive leaders and navigate organizational complexity.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Required skills

• Advanced Google Sheets (modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Foundational knowledge of SQL for data extraction and exploration.
