Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to lead our island‑wide operations at Jin Yue Beauty Care. In this middle‑management position you will set targets, organise workflow and ensure a safe, efficient environment for our team.

Key responsibilities

• Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to staff.
• Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities, preparing schedules and overseeing shift coverage.
• Coach, mentor and evaluate employees to maintain high performance.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements and monitor implementation.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards across all locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
• Willingness to work extended hours, stand for long periods and be available on weekends and public holidays.
