Supervisor – Middle Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to lead our island‑wide team at Xin Ya Beauty in Singapore. The role involves coordinating daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, and driving performance across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to staff.
• Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities, preparing schedules and overseeing shift coverage.
• Coach, mentor and evaluate employees to maintain productivity and morale.
• Identify efficiency issues, propose improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards across all sites.
• Work weekends and public holidays as required, with the ability to stand for extended periods.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and capable of problem‑solving.
• Willingness to work longer hours and on weekends/public holidays.
